So i'll start fresh again tomorrow and I'm actually looking forward to it. No more eating junkfood (except saturdays), more and varied workouts and trying to be ha happier girl.
Because of my backpain I can't do any excersises with weight over my back or over my head.
So from tomorrow I will try out pilates, running and other easy stuff.
My mealplan looks something like this:
Breakfast
2x ryvita crispbread w/cooked ham and cucumber
Lunch
3x ryvita crispbread w/cooked ham and cucumber
Dinner
Small portions of whatever gets served
(1 potato etc...)
Supper
2x ryvita crispbread w/cooked ham and cucumber
I also have snack in between when I get hungry.
Then I would eat nuts, fruit and veggies.
I'm so looking forward to starting fresh!! So Now I'm off to bed.
